I have periodontics disease and part of the treatment was done in USA. I was visiting India and was looking for periodontics specialist in Indore. I found Dr. Shaleen's reference on net. On my first visit itself, I was assured that I have reached out to right the person. I found him very friendly and caring. He gave full consideration to the limited time I had and planned out the treatment for me for implant on one of my wisdom teeth. It has been 2 years and have no problem with it. In my recent visit I was required to extract molar teeth. I had no pain during and after the extraction, didn't required any stitches. He gives personal attention and care to the patient need. He would advice the only treatment which is required and would charge reasonably. I visit India once a year and every time I visit him and not required to remind him about me. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Dr. Shaleen Khetarlpal .

Another good thing is, he is always punctual about his appointments. Max waiting time 10-15 min.

Wait time is reduced by keeping you updated on phone , if they r running late , they will call you and let you know.

Visited the Smile Makers for a post and core procedure and dental crown. I had to drive down odd 100 kms to and fro for my sittings but it was absolutely worth it! If you also hate being in the dentist's clinic (like the most), trust me this one is an exception. A very pleasant and hygienic clinic (lovely smell and music) with great doctors and support staff. The doctors give a lot of time to the patients and follow up over phone after every sitting. An accomplished dentist, Dr Shaleen is very friendly (the only doc I've seen who says sorry when he pricks you with a syringe needle). My other dentist, Dr Pooja, who did the major part of the procedure is extremely proficient and meticulous in her work. She's really patient with the patients and makes sure that you are calm and comfortable. I was explained clearly about each step during the entire procedure. *** ****** ***** ** ** ****** I strongly recommend Dr Shaleen, Dr Pooja and the Smile Makers for any dental treatments.

I visited Dr. Shaleen for the treatment of my chronic periodontal disease. ** ** *** **** ******** * **** **** ****** **** ***** He is highly proficient, calm, humble and caring. He listens to every minute issues and concerns we express.

In first visit, he explained the root cause and treatment schedule in detail.

He gave sufficient time and attention during every sitting. The supporting staff are also polite and caring. They were calling and enquiring regarding discomfort if any, after every treatment. The atmosphere in the clinic is very pleasant and hygienic. Doctor was personally responding to every queries even over the phone even in his busy schedule.

My periodontal problem is completely resolved. Currently I’m being called for follow up treatments.

We live in the US, last year my dentist in the States diagnosed me with severe Periodontal Disease and recommended urgent LANAP procedure. We were planning to visit India end of the year and hence decided to get the treatment in Indore. I am so thankful that I was able to find Dr. Khetarpal . During the first visit he explained the entire procedure in complete detail (never being in rush) - was able to schedule appointments which suited my calendar. During the procedure, I experienced almost no pain (though mine was a very complicated case). He is extremely professional and has seen it all when it comes to dental issues. Overall, I was EXTREMELY satisfied and pleased with my experience with Dr. Khetarpal.
