Dr. Aveg Bhandari

Dr Aveg Bhandari is the most wonderful person I have ever met in my life . He is a rare combination of competence******* devotion and compassion. I want to share the entire story. 2 months back, i had sudden paralysis of my face and I live 300 kilometres from Indore. We rushed to Indore as there is no Neuro specialist at our place. My uncle whose paralysis was treated by Dr Aveg gave me his contact number. Incidentally , it was Sunday night and we were hesitant to call doctor. But my Uncle told us that Dr Aveg is very helpful person and we should call. Dr Aveg took our call and understood the urgency. It was late night and sir told us to come to his home clinic. He gave us lot of time and started immediate treatment. His concern and skill floored us. Within few days only, I started improving and now, I m totally fine . Doctor saved my future and career . I will be forever grateful to sir. I even invited him for my engagement function and I'm so lucky that he came to give me his blessings inspite of his super busy schedule. I keep Dr Aveg's photographs in my books and he motivates me to do my best in life.

The doctor is a pioneer in his field..a very good doctor indeed...but the staff at the reception negates that....They should be taught how to deal with the patients...I saw them arguing with old patients and answering rudely to their queries...young girls are sitting there chi t chatting amongst themselves and getting irritated if enquired about somthing...very unprofessional staff at the reception

As long as wait time is concerned..quite long

Even if you take appointment the waiting is almost 40mins to an hour..

My father used to forget many things and this problem increased gradually over one year.He also became irritable and sad with time. He is 67 yr of age. He also used to forget names and faces of friends and relatives. And once, he searched whole house for his almirah keys , which were below his pillow. We thought this is because of old age but our family doctor told us to meet Neurologist. We met Dr. Aveg Bhandari and he diagnosed it as Alzheimer's disease. With his treatment, my father improved remarkably. He reme Abers most of the things and is happy & active now. It is as if Dr. Aveg gave a new life to him. I am very thankful.

My father had paralysis attack and got fits and became unconscious. He was not able to move left side of body. We were at Harda district and our relative talked to Dr. Aveg Bhandari Sir and sent us To Indore . We got immediate consultation with Dr. Aveg and he treated us for brain clotting. With his treatment , my father improved very fast. Now in 15 days, he has even started walking with support. Sir expects him to walk on his own within next 7 days. We are grateful to u sir , for prompt and good treatment

Here is my whole experience which may help other to decide the right place to take the treatment-

1st Visit - 10 Feb 2021 - I took my wife to Dr Aveg for first time for her headache treatment. We took appointment one day before and we were told to come on 8 AM morning. When we went there on 8 AM the gate were locked and we were told to come on after 30 mins. We waited outside with our 2 years old baby. Then we entered inside clinic by 8:30 AM doctor call us to meet by 9 AM. I don't know why they have wested our 30 more mins.

Doctor checks the patient via video call not in person where system got disconnected few times. He did brain mapping and few blood tests worth Rs 2500.

When I asked for swipe machine they don't have. I paid the amount via Paytm. They will not give you payment receipts proactively instead you have to request then for 2-3 times. Before leave I confirmed that in case of any emergency what to do they told WhatsApp on the given number and you will get the response asap.

2nd Visit - 4 Mar 2021 - We feels good that she got some improvements in her headache issues and visited second time for the doctor. Again same things happened ni swipe machine, consultation on video calls only even we went there from 100 KMs away.

3rd Visit - 12 Apr 2021 - Visited third time as she was getting improvements we were happy to visit but they didn't respect your time.

03 May 2021 - My wife get worse headache pain and I tried to call the numbers they have given even WhatsApp many times, but they doesn't respond. Again I called them many times once the receptionist received the calls and I explains my issues and she simply said take the appointment or else paytm Rs 900 and our doctor will reply to your query within 1-2 days. Should I leave the patient in same condition? They asked for fee just to tell me that what to do.

19 May 2021 - My wife infected and recovered from Covid 19 by 10 May. She got stroke on 19th May she was not able to walk and speak. I called them many times on 20 May between 9 to 11: 30 AM but my calls were not answered. Lastly she received the call and I explains my issues. After

Well, let me list my experience point wise

Day1

1. Even if u book ur appointment, u have to wait for long.

4. I was prescribed medicine worth rs1935 which as per mrp worth only rs 1635. They charged me high.

5. The medicine i bought, i took them the first day *** * *** ***** * *** ****** ***** ******** ***** ** ******** *********

6. Now at this point you want to get in touch with the doctor but all the numbers went unanswered. I called them during working hours. But no response.

Day2

1. I again tried to reach doctor as my condition became severe. * *** ******** *** ****** ***** ******* *** ***** ****** I called on their number and i was asked to whatsapp my situation. I whatsapped my situation to the doctor to which he replied "maybe my body is senstive to this medicine". He then asked me to stop 1 painkiller and gave me 2 more medicine to cure my current condition.

2. I asked the doctor for his direct number so that i can talk to him and explain him effectively but i have been waiting for his response for more that 24hrs now.

I am still waiting for the doctor to reply me back with his number.

There seems to be no anonymity around your medical condition as the staff goes around asking about it with other patients listening.

The automatic machine is used to collect BP levels ***** ** *** *********** ** ******** I left after 35 minutes. The staff is reactive in approach and when the doctor arrived an hour late, they called me mentioning doctor was attending to an emergency. Not sure if its the truth or an excuse from the staff. Expected a higher level of professionalism from the staff of such reputed doctor.

I am patient's husband . My wife has difficulty in swallowing and difficulty in walking since 3 years.
