The doctor is a pioneer in his field..a very good doctor indeed...but the staff at the reception negates that....They should be taught how to deal with the patients...I saw them arguing with old patients and answering rudely to their queries...young girls are sitting there chi t chatting amongst themselves and getting irritated if enquired about somthing...very unprofessional staff at the reception

As long as wait time is concerned..quite long

Even if you take appointment the waiting is almost 40mins to an hour..
