when I came here I felt defeated. I had seen a dr who told me that I would just have to live with hip pain for the rest of my life and that I could never trek again on my knees. But the incredible team at the clinic gave me so much hope and helped me reduce my pain in just two weeks. I couldn't stay in Hybd for long enough to finish my treatment, but I know that I can keep going with my exercise and I'll get better. I also know that I can contact again for online sessions if I need to. I'm very grateful for all the help, the fun sessions and my overall improvement. The team at this clinic is amazing!! I'm a professional badminton player

From last 2 , 3 years I have been suffering from  couple of injuries .

Three stress fracture in my lower  back and inflammation in my pubis . I wasn't able to sit stand or walk for long but thanks to tuheena mam coz of her on point diagnosis and quick assessment of my condition and wonderful rehab program within a month I'm back to normal now and I'm able to do all my day to day activities comfortably and I'm back at my training and thanks to zubair sir for watching me  throughout the rehab program

Thanks to Dr Tuheena that my daughter who is a classical dancer could get to recover from her severe knee pain which otherwise could have constrained her from pursuing her passion for dancing. I first went to Dr. Tuheena to address a pinching sensation in my right shoulder that was preventing me from engaging in overhead activities. It was very reassuring to see the genuine interest and attention to detail with which Dr. Tuheena tried to diagnose my issue using questions and mobility tests. I signed up for 15 days and was treated using a variety of rehabilitation and strengthening exercises, dry meddling, ultrasonic therapy and manual techniques which were implemented in a very regimented and intentional manner in accordance with my progress. Within 10 days, I was almost completely relieved of painful symptoms and so, we spent my last 5 days strengthening the affected muscles so I could get back to the gym. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tuheena and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for treatment based on two-way communication and long-term improvements!

I have been suffering from cervical spine disc bulge which was causing numbing and tingling sensation in my arms.I visited several doctors and physiotherapists however they couldn’t address the root cause of my problem.

I loved confident level of Dr Tuheena in her work. She said "You will get relief after 3 to 4 sessions".And that exactly happened with me. I was suffering from severe neck & back pain and muscle stiffness. It was a long standing and cumulative effect. Within 1st 10 to 15 minutes of our consultation she almost diagnosed most of my problem area. Her diagnosis was mind blowing. She identified all the tip points where exactly I had actual problem rather than going directly to a overall treatment level. She corrected my postures my stiffness of muscle, my pain and make me feel flexible within a very short span of 5 days only.

I reached out Dr Tuhina for knee pain therapy with no belief in physio.. However, Dr’s attention to detail, counselling on the treatment and her personal attention had resulted in decrease in pain within a week.

tuheena is really professional, friendly and she really knows her stuff. *** *** * **** ********* ** *** *** I'm guessing she has an extensive knowledge on other sports as well, *** ********* ** **** ********* *** ** ****** **** ***** ** ** ***** **** I couldn't even walk or sit with the pain that I was having but after a session I have no low back pain I could walk for about a kilometer and have no low back pain the next day. Dr Tuheena and her team were very helpful in solving my lower backache issue which I was suffering since last four years due to my wrong sitting posture.
