my name is Ravi and was playing badminton, so I got hurt with a frozen shoulder, I did not know what happened when I was hurt, but when I visited the hospital, doctors have found out that it is a frozen shoulder and suggested for the physiotherapy; then I visited the ActiveLife physiotherapy for my frozen shoulder, problem was diagnosed by Sujana madam, and prescribed with detailed treatment; I was not able to move the hand right beyond 120 degrees so I was not able to rotate my hand 360 degrees degrees; i was suffering a lot of pain while doing the daily activities, especially while taking shower, while wearing the shirt Etc; I was not very confident that my problem will be resolved here but Sujana madam has suggested and tried a lot of techniques and mobilisation for the first 10 days, so then I see kind of improvement in 10 days; so my range got increased. My pain got decreased, I am actually feeling better, I was able to do the shower and wearing the clothes normally without having any pain of discomfort; so my after attending 15 sessions of 16 sessions at least 95% of my problem is remediated; seen Sujana madam has put a lot of effort and passion to bring it back to normal; free I’m hoping that another 5% will be resolved in the next few sessions, I have very best experience in terms of the sessions planned, and also punctaulity of the staff and cleanliness of the centre; special thanks to Sujana madam and her staff relieving me from majority of the frozen shoulder problem; so I definitely suggest if anyone is suffering from frozen shoulder. I definitely recommend and encourage you to go and visit active life physiotherapy and at the same time, I do suggest to religiously do exercise whatever that is been suggested so that you’ll be having the better results, in the expected time, thank you very much…
