I had visited Dr Smaranika during severe and worse lumber nerve back pain to leg pain, it was sharp radiating pain from back to below knee after 3months of delivery . After taking treatment and exercises for 15 sessions

I had visited Dr Smaranika during severe and worse lumber nerve back pain to leg pain, it was sharp radiating pain from back to below knee after 3months of delivery . After taking treatment and exercises for 15 sessions I was recovered completely. While it was difficult to sit/walk for more than 10min earlier, now after recovery i had climbed hill for tirupati temple which takes 3hrs by walk. And there is no back pain/leg pain at all. Dr Smaranika motivates and gives confidence for postpartum recovery,advises daily strengthening workouts ,weights for women especially. Which helped to reduces muscle tightness
