Your cheerful and warm approach created a safe space for me to share my struggles, even when I was struggling with self-harming and suicidal thoughts, and experiencing hallucinations.

I genuinely appreciate your intelligence in providing interesting examples that have been a lifeline during challenging moments. Your examples and activities are eye openers and lightens my mood. Our work on anxiety, depression, and now my fears of abandonment has made a significant positive impact on my life.
