Thanks to her there were no fancy fruits and veggies in her recommendations to me. The way she filled the bridge between me and her by asking various questions about my regular lifestyle is commendable. She was very patient and Kind, so I highly recommended her.

I didn't loose a lot of weight because I am a picky eater myself but I did learn a lot about right eating habits.
