Hi, my name is Prem Kumar. I visited Dr. Sarath at Good Physio Hub for my back and neck pain, which I had been suffering from for the past six months. I had tried different treatments but didn’t get proper relief. One of my neuro doctors recommended Dr. Sarath, so I decided to visit him.

Even though I came from far away and could attend only one session, Dr. Sarath treated me with manual therapy and clearly explained the exercises that I needed to continue at home. I followed his instructions regularly.

I am very happy to say that my pain has reduced by more than 70% after just one session and by doing the exercises he taught me. I recently came for a follow-up session, and he reassessed my condition, released the tight areas again, and also taught me some advanced exercises.

I developed severe back pain after a gym workout and playing cricket. The pain was horrible and started radiating down to my legs as well. I consulted a doctor and got an MRI done, which showed a disc prolapse with sciatica. I underwent physiotherapy for more than a month and got only temporary relief—the pain returned again. For nearly two months, the pain was unbearable and affected my daily life.
