After surgery, my shoulder became extremely stiff and painful—so much so that even simple daily movements were very difficult. That’s when I visited Dr. Sarath for post-operative physiotherapy. From the very first consultation, he assessed me thoroughly and explained the complete rehabilitation program. He was very clear that recovery would take a couple of months and assured me that with consistent therapy, I could regain my full shoulder range of motion and strength. During the sessions, he performed shoulder joint mobilizations using belt and manual techniques, and he also customized my exercise program to gradually improve my mobility, strength, and confidence. There were moments when the pain felt overwhelming, but Dr. Sarath was always supportive—he motivated me, encouraged me, and treated me more like a brother than just a patient. As he had promised, within a few months I achieved a satisfactory range of movement and strength, and eventually I was able to make a full recovery from my frozen shoulder condition. I was truly happy with the professional yet friendly approach, and the quality of treatment I received. But my journey with him didn’t stop there. After 6 months, I unfortunately sustained another injury—a fracture at the back of my knee. Once again, I trusted Dr. Sarath for my post-operative physiotherapy. Just like before, he assessed my condition carefully, designed a step-by-step rehabilitation plan, and guided me through the entire process with utmost care. With his expertise and consistent treatment sessions, I successfully recovered from my knee fracture as well.
