Dr. Saher provided a clear picture of the situation being faced by me and helped me identify patterns that in turn enabled me to make empowering decisions. Also, therapy with Dr. Saher has helped me in managing my stress and anxiety. She always listens with great patience and has the tenacity to gain your trust. She is someone with whom you can feel at ease. I can, without an iota of doubt, say that Dr. Saher is one of the best.

Saher is an exceptionally patient and friendly therapist. She helps deal with the same issues as much as needed until progress is seen. She keeps the atmosphere light and comfortable and is very perceptive about her patients.

Over the years, I have tried counselling with a few psychotherapists. But with Saher, I finally found the one.

I started counselling with Saher during a very stressful time both professionally and personally. She is not in a rush to give you a solution until we get down to the problem. And that problem might not be what you think is the problem. So don't go in expecting a magic potion in a session or two.

But once we did get down to the problem, she helped me find solutions that worked for me. She really patiently dealt with all my quirks and helped me work through each of my issues and will continue to do so. And if you want to geek out on the science behind the process, she will cover you there as well.

She made me comfortable enough to not feel guilty about going back to her after multiple bouts of vanishing acts and missed appointments (This is not an encouragement for you to do it).

I highly recommend Saher, in fact, I have already recommended her to people in my circle who work with her and are happy.

I went to her in 2018 when I was battling depression and Panic attacks. She helped me heal. I continued to see her till 2021. She had been my biggest support. She held space for my vulnerabilities and challenged me when needed. Saher is the best that's there in Hyderabad. Her Art Therapy exercises gave me language to express myself. I highly recommend her.

I had started off as a clueless person submerged in her thoughts of misery and thankfully found and continued with this amazing lady that I came across, Ms.Saher Ali. She has always been there whenever I've needed her and still trying to guide me onto the right path. I'm sure together we'll be able to overcome any issue. Grateful and thankful for such people we have left in this world.

I have been going to Saher for a couple of years now and with all the experience I've heard and had, I cannot recommend her enough. She's approachable and makes the space so safe and comfortable for me to share. Right from day 1, I knew it Saher would be the right one to help me come out of the problems and issues that I was going through and rightly so, that wonderful human being changed and my perspective of my life for good over a course of 7 months. I would reccommend her to anyone and everyone who need someone to listen to and give you a meaningful insight to life.

It has only been a month, since I started taking therapy. So far I have found it to be really enriching, and helpful as I learnt much more about conflict resolution from the sessions. Her advice is genuine and doesn’t feel belittling. In such a short time, I feel that she got the grasp of my situation accurately, making communication comfortable.

Often times I have to talk about things which are emotionally draining. This, however, doesn't making me regret taking the session with her. She is extremely patient, even when I exceed the duration of the session.

I always look forward to the future session, as I learn a lot.
