This review is after my first session with Dr. Ruchi.

I was planning on beginning therapy since a few months when a sudden plan to visit my family pushed me to go for my first session right before the trip. Although I didn't expect much from a single session, it went so much better.

During the session, I appreciated how comfortable she made me feel with sharing and her summarizing was spot on. Having never been in proper therapy before, her easy going way of proceeding with the varied subjects helped me structure my issues and I was able to cover everything I wanted to share in that session. Her methods are working for me during this trip and my only regret is not going to therapy earlier.

As a doctor, she is completely non judgemental (this was my top priority while deciding who to go to) and has a calming vibe. I felt at ease throughout and didn't get overwhelmed talking about the things which generally make me hyper. I plan to continue my sessions with her and would recommend her strongly.

I have been taking therapy from Ruchi for almost 2 months now. Before being referred to her, I had been going through a very dark phase of my life mentally and emotionally. I felt depressed, and had no energy to make any decisions for myself and my family..somedays I would like suicidal thoughts too and it felt very scary to know what kind of person I have become...If I have to define my personality, I usually a very jolly person when it comes living a life. I love my life and my children alot. However when I started feeling mentally low all the pessimism and negativity hit me real hard and it felt like I am not the same person that I was a month ago.Ruchi has been a blessing for me in real terms. I am very grateful that she came into my life and helped me listen to my own thoughts and channel my energy towards knowing that I am just going through a phase but in real life I am still the same happy and jolly person. I could accept my situation better instead of feeling that this is the end of the world. She made me feel like it's alright to live one day at a time and to not make any big plans to feel discouraged and eventually depressed again.I am still under the therapy and I honestly feel much better, energetic and confident about my day today. I still take one day at a time. I am not making any big decisions of my life that makes me feel tired. I am taking small goals and trying to achieve them with my full faith and confidence.Thank you Ruchi for being a life saver for me!!! :))

I have been taking sessions from her since a while. There's a new perspective that you tend to gain after speaking to her. I used to be so burdened and overwhelmed with my issues, and here she gave me an optimism to bounce back in life, and that really transformed my entire outlook towards life. A great listener, a great guide, and somebody definitely worth recommending.

We went to Ruchi for couple counselling when I was seeing no hope in resolving our issues by ourselves. She heard both sides of the story and made us really comfortable. She gave perspectives and suggested methods to communicate and resolve our issues. On the first day of the appointment, we arrived late due to traffic. She still gave us our time allocated and made us comfortable. She also frequently checks if we are doing alright. There is a personal touch to her therapy. We would definitely recommend her for therapy
