I reached out mainly to deal with OCD, anxiety and stress as it started affecting my professional space. I heard the most crucial thing that I needed to hear, in my first session, when I knew that I can continue the counseling to handle my challenges. Mr. Riju Raj Roy has been keen in hearing out the details, remembering them throughout all the sessions, suggesting approaches to build a positive thought perspective, coping mechanisms to break the chain of overthinking. He helped me with retrospecting from the right perspective. I am happy consulting him

Dr. Riju Raj Roy listened to my problems patiently and understood my concerns. At this time in my life when I was so confused and stressed it was really a relief to hear from the doctor that I am thinking right. He gave me additional counselling which has helped me to a great extent.
Mr Riju Roy explained me about my alcoholism disease in a manner I would understand. Apart from that, he also counselled me on ways in which I can keep a check on my addictive personality, which is full of defects of characters. Along with his team, he pointed out my stuck points on which I need to work on.
Mr Roy is a thorough professional. I need his help along with Hope Trust team whenever sought in order to stay in recovery.
The doctor helped me come out to my parents about my sexuality. It's one of the best gifts I could ever ask for.
Good listener; patient & quite understanding. Easy to talk to him and makes you feel comfortable. Helps you in giving different perspectives in understanding a particular situation. He also tries to break down and simplify things for an easy understanding, which is quite helpful. Mine is still under process, so far it’s going good.
