Dr Richa was very helpful and supportive. She listens carefully and understood my problem. She helped me to understand why Im feeling certain way and show me alternative ways which helped me to feel much better. She Also explained why and how doing certain things she told me to do would help me with my issue. She is very practical and give solutions that work. I initially consulted with another doctor, a woman who lacked patience and quickly recommended sleeping tablets. After some research, I discovered Richa, who doesn't rely on medication. I was on a search for a therapist for few weeks when I saw Dr. Richa's profile. I saw the reviews and got a gut feeling she might be the one. And it did work. She is actually the kind of therapist I was looking for! She is extremely patient and amiable in nature. She hears you out and is always there for you. I mean this - when I say actually there for you. Eg. If there is a gap due to her unavailability for her personal family time, yet she would still reach out to you through messages to ensure you are well. She would always patiently replies to your pings and messages. She is very professional yet caring. She does not let you feel as if she is a doctor alone. She actually makes you feel comfortable enough to talk about your problems and provides very pragmatic solutions. I am thoroughly happy to have her as my doctor. I would highly recommend her for solving your problems.
