Pushpa ma'am is a genuinely warm-hearted human & hence her choice of profession to help people cope with their mental health is something she was born to do. I had approached her with relationship issues and started doubting whether my own actions & thoughts were causing these issues in my life. My mind was so cluttered, confused & depressed at times with where my life was heading but she heard me patiently & attentively, offered effective inputs as to how each person's mindset works differently in a relationship with real life examples & gave me a fresh perspective towards life in general. I was unknowingly going though a lot of emotional pain earlier but after a few sessions with her, following her instructions & guidance, I started feeling unburdened & now I feel ever so positive that no matter what happens, I am well equipped with emotional stability & mental strength to tackle it without much trouble. And the best part is, whenever needed, she will be just a call or message away, like a friendly & effective mentor.

My experience with Pushpa Raga veni Madam was excellent over just 3 months. We got to the core of my issue with in no time and worked through them. I always deemed myself an anxious, fear and depression person because of my chronic worries and had a much negative thoughts about myself. I can't take my own decisions even for small things. Pushpa helped me to realise that this wasn't the path. The hours I spent with pushpa have been the most valuable of my life. I don't have much trusting on anyone at one point of time in my life, but we form a trusting relationship and she helped me slowly to understand what had happened to me. After 3 months of work now I feel equipped to do things differently. Pushpa is always attentive, never judgemental.

I have lot of doubts about me, she clarified me even at nights with lot of patience.

She is very caring about her patient's mental health as she enquires every now n then whether I am ok or not.I was going through a lot of stress n depression when I first visited her. I met Dr. Pushpa first time 5years back at Nova and I happend to find her through Practo and consulted her at Ziva. Now I have consulted her for my emotional wellbeing. I was able to make great progress for my mental health condition through my therapy sessions with her. Dr. Pushpa provided an excellent service particularly through using CBT techniques and I noticed a significant improvement in my mental health condition following each session. She is very friendly and empathetic which worked well for my recovery.

I attended counselling sessions with her and she really helped me out with anxiety issues and self discovery. She always tries to get to your level of understanding in order to make sure you are feeling comfortable and can relate to the advice she is offering. Dr. Pushpa is very friendly and I immediately felt very comfortable during our first session itself. She was able to point out the exact issues that caused the anxiety I had been facing, and offered excellent advice in order to help me deal with it. I met Dr. Pushpa for sexual counseling, We are married for 5 years now and we never had any physical intimacy. I have been to many gynaecologists but it was never resolved. I got to know about Dr. Pushpa from one of my friends and I went to visit her. She listened to our problem very patiently and she understood our problem and suggested psychotherapy for my wife. I would definitely recommend her as I have been to numerous therapist for a personal problem of mine and she was able to help me in a way I wanted. What is different about her is that she will keep in touch with you that helped me believe I am not alone in this and I could reach out in case I need help. Her counselling makes you more confident and comfortable about yourself. Dr.Pushpa mam is really patient friendly and assists them in reaching in their goal i.e; their path towards parenthood.she has also ability to apply academic physiology knowledge in a practical way in identifying the patient’s emotional and mental status of both the male and female partner. She had counselling sessions for both and individually that will make you realize to believe in the medical procedures and especially to believe in ones self no matter what would be the outcome. Going through artificial reproductive therapies is a roller coaster ride for which great emotional and mental counselling is needed and that I had great sessions with mam which helped me in thriving away my stress and making me achieve my goal. Even mam makes time in between and talk to us either through chat or call even after the hospital timings just to know my status.Thank you for your utmost care and support mam.
