Dr. Nandita was warm, friendly, approachable and good to talk to. I went to her for help with my smoking addiction, which ive been an unwilling slave to for more than a decade. Her hypnotherapy was very effective, and it was the first time in so many years that i was able to quit smoking without a massive amount of effort and will power on my end.

It was incredible how easy it was, that i just walked out of her clinic after the session and didn't feel the usual, overwhelming urge to smoke, nor did i have any physical withdrawals. Breaking chains that i was bound to for a decade, in just an hour, is no small feat to me. The whole process has been easy, effective and almost miraculous for a long time smoker like myself. Im immensely grateful for her help. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to free themselves of such an addiction. Dr Nandita is an excellent therapist. She is very thorough with her stuff and her analysis is very accurate. What I most like about her is that she is very positive which gives a feeling that not everything is lost. She hears you very patiently with no judgements like it’s a safe space to tell your story. The best part about therapy with her is that she makes you feel powerful and in charge of our life. Also you don’t have to keep visiting her for weeks or months, you can tell her your story in one sitting. So the sessions are not long and painful plus you’re focusing more on the solution part. I know Nandita ma'am since 2011 . She somehow, through all the amazing abilities she possesses, figured out about a deep pain\/guilt that had been bothering me about the death of a childhood friend of mine who passed away in a water accident in 2009. I would have frequent nightmares about that friend and on several occasions I would wake up very shaken. I was taken aback when one afternoon she texted me out of nowhere asking me if I lost someone close to me in a water accident. It was shocking that she asked me as I had never shared anything about that friend of mine with her. She had some visions of my friend during her meditation and that's how she became aware of it. Since then, she has been sending me distance healing and my nightmares began to subside and eventually stopped. I have taken a few sessions with Dr. Nandita, and starting from the first session I have observed a significant transformation and growth in me. I have been able to get relief from significant anxiety associated with childhood memories.

Our first meeting was a telephone call, where she patiently listened to me, understood my case and background. She was really polite and explained how she does sessions of 2-3 hours, guides us through the science behind your emotional feelings, stress reactions in body and its long term impact. She explained how she will help me with guided hypnosis to work on myself.

During my first session, she understood my background, explained potential pyschological schemas which I fit in, shared how our nervous system reacts to situations, etc. She listened to me patiently, and guided me on a self hypnosis session. I usually have practiced it myself, but it was quite difficult for me to visit my childhood memories, my body used to feel extremely tensed and anxious. The way she guided me through clinical hypnosis, I felt relieved, at calm and ease.

Through clinical hypnosis, she helped me to visit moments where I felt abandoned, guilty, and cowardly. In the state of clinical hypnosis, I was able to feel those emotions in my body, and she guided me to release all the stored energy, realise how I was still loved by my mom, helped me build my confidence, and take steps towards releasing self guilt/deceit.

She explained how asthama is a psychosomatic disease, and is just another form of guilt stored in our body. She talked with me and help me feel a lot of suppressed emotions, how I was protecting myself by suppressing those emotions, and helped me let them go.

It's been an amazing transformation for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Nandita for working with childhood memories, suppressed emotions, and pyschosomatic diseases.

I am writing you to let you know how I feel now as compared to the day I first met you . I was helpless and clueless that time. Remember, I wasn't even able to communicate how I was feeling and what was going on with me, all mixed up statements, I wonder if even a single word of mine was making sense, I used to have breakdown anywhere despite of my all the efforts not to do so. I realised I was in trouble, that I needed help, my academics, career, relationships and health everything was drowning and so was me. Anxiety was killing me. I don't used to sleep so many days in a row. I felt so lonely wondering if this how adult life consist of, I thought this price we pay for becoming adult and for being girl. First day after your session I got deep sleep when I came back, it was the sleep that I got after time I can't even remember. Sessions were challenging some times but sticking to you was the best thing I did. I am able to focus on my studies and research. I am able to appreciate my friends and family, I smile often now but most importantly I am able to look forward.

I came to you I was student, and now I am working. I know am healing. And all the credit goes to healer, thank you for helping me. Maybe you know or maybe you not but you are doing a noble job. You gave me a new life, you liberated me from the effects of so many traumas.

Nandita mam will deal with the issues in core , felt lot of relief from my traumatic experiences, she taught me how important to have self confidence, rather than waiting for validation from others which threw me into unnecessary trauma , because of which I started building my confidence step by step . Nandita is an extraordinary person. She is warm, exceeding responsive and has a discerning eye to find the root cause of the issues one is facing. Her approach to understanding you is quite organic and I always felt as if I was talking to a friend. Within 2 sessions she was able to close the treatment and assisted many times offline as well. Her solutions are very easy to understand and follows up on the plan.

From my perspective I have been able to understand myself a lot better and am living a much more conscious life. A lot of the issues I had have been solved and I continue on my path towards self improvisation.
