Sharda Jayaram for help. She comes with a lot of experience and she has been very friendly and approachable. She listened to my challenges very patiently, made detailed notes and suggested some practices and changes that would help me. While the sessions are still on going I had a great experience so far and I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need.

She has helped me identify all my problems, which would not at all be possible if I were to do it myself. She listens to every tiny detail I mention and has a detailed analysis of how to approach certain concerns. Her suggestions and remedies when followed properly can be tremendously helpful. She is so emphatic that you feel comfortable in sharing your issue. The doctor patiently listens to your entire problem and gives you insights that you may take months, if not years to figure out. These insights help in maintaining a stable and healthy relationship both with yourself and the loved ones.
