Before taking up a job I decided to travel and intern at various places so as to understand psychology in its diversity. For therapy, I prefer using CBT, BT, Dialectic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Integrative therapy along with Yoga and Art therapy and Client-centric therapy. My hobbies include travelling, fine arts, craft, reading and listening to music.
