She specializes in supporting individuals and families facing co-dependency, parenting issues and adjustment issues.
In addition, she also work in the area of Corporate Mental Health and EAP programs and give talks at different platform on mental health issues and passionate about training young psychology students.
Using a combination of talk therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, client centric therapy, Art therapy and Heartfulness meditation practices, she try to help clients achieve their best.
She possess a Master’s degree in psychology and a Certificate in Healthcare Management from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad along with a Diploma in Art Therapy.
