I've had Mitushi as my therapist for over a year now. To say the least, it's been a journey. A journey of exploration, explanation, learning, unlearning, understanding and kindness. Shes been a good listener, a kind friend ( in the role of a therapist ) and a great therapist. She's been able to deliver all my needs from therapy. Her kindness and genuineness has only made this process more real and easy for me and allowed me to learn so much about myself.

Therapy is not an easy journey, but having the right kind of therapist makes it a lot easier.

Special Mention , When she realized we weren't making any progress in sessions, she didn't hesitate to switch my therapist, and even encouraged me to do so.
