I was having 'atypical depression' for the past 6 months and it get too intense during the last two months which causes me to be quite suicidal; this was my first reason to this therapy. I had many other issues, and I've already mentioned some. I am extremely grateful and thankful to her for what she had done for me. I've visited only twice and she somehow manage to help me fight it. But don't get the wrong idea; the healing process takes mord time nonetheless, but, and fortunately, she managed to help me get started - to start understanding, feeling, and to finally act on it. So, overall I think she's an extraordinary therapist <3

Working with Madhuri Sampath is hands down one of the best decisions I have ever made. I started having depression owing to physical, situational distress and Madhuri played a big role in helping me navigate the process. I have time and again seen her holding up the safe space, for me to work through getting the necessary insights I needed. She was kind and working with her was so much fun(Yes I said fun, she is very friendly). I am now doing great for many months now and I now know how to approach almost any challenges of life. Unlike some other psychologists who are known for giving generic suggestions which anyone can do, Madhuri helped me figure out my own solutions in accordance with the values I hold in my life. When I was with her, I KNEW for a fact that she cared about me. She made me aware of life practices like mindfulness, meditation, books I needed to read and it really up-leveled the therapy. Ultimately, after a while, I noticed that I didn't have any more issues to work on. :)

Madhura Maam is extremely sweet and understanding. She hears you out completely and gives you different perspectives to look at your problems which makes you realise so many things. It’s very refreshing talking to her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her for any type of individual counselling sessions. She’s very attentive and makes you feel comfortable in sharing things with her!

she always supported me and while she did that she told me where i was wrong and where i was right and also helped me improve in my rights . she is extremely helpful and i love how friendly she is and she exlpains my problems in such a way that they dont seem like a burden anymore and it gets me through it . since i have sleeping issues , so whenever i talk to her i feel free and after that particular time i can sleep .
