I visited akhila soukhya for PCOS issue. I was suffering from very long time . I had my 1st Baby with lot of medications and treatment..which was very much stressful. I thought I will not go for any kind of treatment for my second kid. So i thought il change my lifestyle and reverse my PCOS. I have been enrolled for 6 months program. But Fortunately i got pregnancy positive within 3 months of the program, Which was very unexpected and everything happened naturally.

I started my journey with my weight 57 kg and BMI 24.6, now I am happy to with my body and lifestyle transformation and please to share that my weight reduced to 51.8 kg and reduced PCOD problem. All the staff members of Akhilasoukhya are very friendly and responsive whenever reached out. I thank Heena, Chandu, Shivani, Farheen, Salman, for arranging my weekly consultations.

Very friendly. Diet plan is like our normal regular food. Just followed 75% of her diet plans and workout and reduced 5kg in just 2 months. If I would have followed 100% hope I would have reduced more weight loss. Very easy to follow and often follow up from her team regarding the diet plan and health. highly recommended.. She doesn’t give complete instructions in mail, mostly verbal and hesitates to put all details in mail.

The diet charts are sent very late even after follow ups. I had to follow old diet coz she missed sending new diet
