Suffered with the pain more than a year, followed home made and internet remedies but no luck. Suffered with multiple issues, almost turned up as chronic health condition and have to bear the pain rest of my life. Underwent ultrasound therapy and related physio exercises for Shoulder, Knee, Pelvis and Ankle. To my surprise my pain started subsidising in a 10 days physio program. A very big THANK to the doctor for the support and would recommend to others.
