He has a special ability to identify the exact problem of the patients and giving the right treatment. Dr. Shankar spends good amount of time with the patients in understanding their difficulties and thereby identifying the exact problem and further to explain the problem and the treatment he is going to give. This entire process gives the patient a lot of confidence
