Hello all.. I am Boppoma Narasimha Rao age about 64 and weight is 112, Live in Khairatabad (1st) I had sevier Pain in my Lower back which created lots of discomfort to me and disturbed my daily activities , I couldn't get up lie down and walk (2nd) issue with my shoulder I couldn't lift my left shoulder it was restricted and so pain full I was not able to wear my shirt and not able to sleep..i was suffered for more than one year...it was horrible...

I had back pain 5 months back while playing badminton I visited ortho doctor and I had a recovery and again after few months back I lifted weights and the pain started at same place and recently 15 days back I suffered from same back pain but this time after visiting the otho doctor and taking rest for 6 days I was not at all recovered.
