Family and relatives used to say that I speak very fast and they can't hear me. These kinds of statements used to affect me psychologically and reduce my confidence. So, since childhood, I was never used to talking much, and I have become somewhat of an introvert.

When I first talked to Dr. Balla about my low voice and speech problems, he explained simply what was causing them. He also made me feel confident about how we would fix them together. Additionally, he asked about other issues like stiff neck and snoring, which I do have. I was surprised when Dr. Balla inquired about these. He patiently explained the core issue and the connection between my stiff neck problem and voice/speech problem.

I first met Dr. Premnath Sir on October 9th, 2023, for the initial diagnosis, and my treatment journey with him officially began on October 25th, 2023. In the initial days of treatment, I was a bit unsure about Dr. Premnath Sir's approach, especially since many YouTube videos suggested speech practices for similar issues. Most of the doctors won't take it in a right way when we question their treatment and capabilities, but I decided to share my doubts with him. To my surprise, he patiently took extra time to explain to me what a Laryngeal Spasm is, how it affects speech and voice, and its potential side effects.

During this time, I also had the opportunity to meet some of his other patients ( especially specialist Doctors like Radiologists Physicians etc )who all spoke positively about the treatment they were receiving and the results they were seeing. Hearing their experiences significantly boosted my confidence in Dr. Premnath Sir's approach. Within a few days, I noticed one positive change: I woke up without any neck pain, and my neck became much more flexible. Additionally, my sleep pattern improved. As the days passed, Dr. Premnath Sir's treatment sometimes caused me pain, but I reassured myself that it was for my better future. As the days passed, I could definitely see a change in my voice and speech. While the speed hasn't completely reduced, but there's certainly a significant improvement in both my voice and speech.

I no longer hesitate to speak, and even if my speech becomes fast at times, I am more aware and able to control it. After few more sessions, I am confident that there will be even more improvement. Initially I thought this clinic sees adult patients but surprisingly have seen lots of small kids with Neuro problems like Autism & speech delays & behavior problems & learning problems getting treatment from Dr Premnath sir & All the parents are very happy with the progress they are seeing that patients are coming from all over the world which really inspired me a lot.

Cherry is about to complete 6 yrs next month. When he is about one year he started speaking few words, but later the words what he speaks gone suddenly and he didn't even speak a word till he completed 3 yrs. Wherever he wants like water, food and toys he will hold our hand and take ur there and pointed out that particular thing and try to get that from us. Both of our parents were keep saying that boys will start talking little late when compared with girl kids. And it will take 3 yrs 4 yrs 5 yrs for few to start speech and we were also waited for the time. One day my wife saw some video related to speech delays and ADHD and came to know that there will be specialist doctor who will diagnose and give therapys for speech.

It's was the corona 2nd wave lockdown period where Dr Premnath sir asked us to come for assessment and after assessment he explained about the Cherrys condition and asked to bring him for continuous therapy session.

We also explained about issues like cherry do the headbang and also sits in W position and not able to interact with the strangers neighbours and their kids as well. Just in 2 to 3 weeks both headbang was resolved and sitting W shape also resolved less than a month.

Before we started therapy he never sit in one place for 15-20 Secs. And the sitting tolerance also started improved gradually. After 2 months Cherry started speaking few words and he started writing or scribbling for 30-45mins continuously once he came back home from therapy session.

Within 6 months he started communicate about the basic needs like water food and toys and call the neighbours kids with their names. And we see a lot of improvement in him interms of communicate with the strangers and neighbours as well.

During the initial days of therapy sessions so many of our relatives told us to stop therapy he will set right as the age increases. But the same relatives saw continuous improvement in cherry due to therapy sessions given by Dr Premnath sir which motivates me alot.

And within one year we can see cherry is quite confident and getting better interns of concentration and learning and understanding the situations too.

There are some issues still like whenever he is not agreeing with the things he is not able to say NO simply but shouted and do some agreesive things like throwing the things on the floor and shutting the door hardly where Dr Premnath sir is working on it.

We are really grateful to Dr Premnath sir for our entire life and I really believe God has directed towards Phonics and Dr Premnath to get the proper help required for my kid.

I can say one thing, if you see there are delays in your kids milestones or your kids improvement is not as per his age, don't wait for the time where our parents keep telling about 3 ,4 or 5 yrs. Please take the kid to the renowned speech Pathologist and get the proper guidance from them, ultimately they are the one who can diagnose better and provide proper guidance.

And I also see alot of improvement in other kids who are coming here.
