Mr. Naveen Babu (Physiotherapist)

I visited for first time but his treatment is good. In one session I am feeling comfortable. When I went to the session I have a severe back pain but after the session I am feeling comfortable. I suggest to all.

I came to doctor Naveen with neck pain of high intensity . With in ten sessions my pain reduced to very low with the help of docotor nandini and pravallika and now I have started with rehab exercises for complete recovery iam very happy with my progress . Being a professional athlete, due to my bad training years, i have lot of injuries and imbalances, so i went to this doctor in hope to reduce it and know how to continue my sport properly.

He's so unprofessional and doesn't answer a single question. Here are the questions i posed:

1. What happened to me?

2. Why there is pain here?

3. How are you diagnosing?

4. Why do you think that particular treatment procedure you are doing will work?

5. How do i continue my sports without getting injured in the future?

6. What lifestyle changes should i make?

He could not answer any of these questions.

All he does is talk about some random things like movies, actors, netflix how great he is, how spiritual and disciplined he is! etc etc.! I'm not paying him such an exorbitant amount to chit chat *** I was under the impression that he knows his stuff better than me, so i kept silent and underwent his treatment.

First day I went for consultation and had to wait 20 mins for the doctor . After he came, he was only concerned about cleaning his table , leaving the footware outside. ** ****** **** **** ********** ** ****** ********* ** *** ******** He did some massage with a vibrating machine for a couple of minutes and that’s it. He asked me to come next day for treatment of trigger point. The first question I had was why not do it on the first day itself .

And the second day is even bad. Initially I scheduled appointment at 9.30 am. Early morning I got a message that my appointment got rescheduled to 12.10 pm which is lot bad. I reached there at 12.05 pm and came to know that doctor has not come at all. They told me that he will come in hour an hour and if I can’t wait , I shall come back in the evening . I spent close to 2 hours in traffic for this appointment and do they expect me to spend 2 more hours in traffic again . So I told them that I will wait. There are others who had appointment at 12.30 pm. They waited till 1 and left. I kept waiting and finally he came around 1.30 pm. Even then he is busy with his personal stuff and has no idea about my problem at all. Uninterestingly he did some needle treatment for few mins and that’s it. He doesn’t talk anything about the treatment at all. He talks about some politician biopic trailer and asks him how the trailer is !! Why Would I be interested about that !! Then I was waiting for him to say something about when my pain will be relieved and if there is a need for another appointment etc. he is busy about his personal stuff. I wasn’t even sure if I should leave or not

I think doctor should have more respect towards patients and show concern of their problems !! This is not the way for sure

The doctor was friendly and straight forward. Treatments were well explained and executed. My issues got treated a number of sessions ahead. Would surely recommend.

First time when my knee got hurt immediately he respond and started treatment. He was very friendly. He is Jolly and explain the issue and convinced us and treatment was started.

His staff is also very courteous and respond very good.
