I have visited Ms. Nandi Rachel for OCD specifically related to my stress reading habit and the anxiety associated with it

I have been suffering with this problem for a while now and haven't considered it a serious issue until it started effecting my career and work life badly almost to the verge of quitting. If you are some one facing similar issues i request you to please take help and start treatment ASAP before it takes over your life. Rachel was very helpful in making me understand the problem and driving me towards a working solution. That's the thing about a good therapist they don't solve your problems for you they just guide you so you don't become dependent on them for your life problems.

I have done 7 sessions with her and found her very helpful during this course. Its been around 7 years since i have been suffering with this problem so its gonna take a while to fix it but i am confident i will come out with flying colors on the other end. She instills confidence when ever i needed the most, especially during the tough times. She spends enough time with the patient to understand their problem.

I still remember my first visit to her where i was still hesitant about my condition and was thinking its all made up by me although i had good evidence to believe otherwise. I was late by 40 mins to the scheduled time due to my bike trouble and missed my appointment. I wasn't sure i would visit her again give my ambivalence about my problem and the stigma associated with mental health that i had to overcome. But thankfully she was kind enough to accommodate me in her busy schedule and give me a head start with the problem, I don't know how things could have turned out if not for that empathy that she had shown towards a new patient who in most cases is hesitant and should have to gather enough courage just to ask for help regarding their mental health issues. I am really thankful for that.

I have been consulting many Psychologists, I had racing thoughts, severe anxiety, major depression, and just overall never felt normal. I have been full of ups and downs. Roughly 2 years ago, I got sick of going to the wrong Dr.'s and found Rachell. She is a very active and considerate woman. She listens and has all the great qualities that you would want out of a Psychologist, being nervous always, never felt like she was judging me based on any condition I had, and found it has been very easy to work with her. Her assessments and strategic plan to get me back to normal life were extremely powerful and today I am what I am supposed to be so to put it short, she has made me feel perfectly normal with her incredible intellect in her field. It feels great to be me for once. I'm a very happy patient and highly recommend Rachel

I have visited Ms.Rachel in Asha Hospital as part of my chronic Anxiety issues. I felt very calm after meeting her, got some confidence that I could handle the issue. She understood the issue well , She was clear and not giving false promises and encouraged me to follow some tips. Most of the tips she given are very helpful in treating anxiety. One nice thing about her is, instead of preoccupied thoughts and fast judgment she listened my problem patiently and helped me. She goes beyond all duties, gets to understand the patients and family members, and personalizes her treatment plan to each individual. She is incredibly patient, listening to all parts of the patient history and story, and tailors that session to the patient so that the patient walks away feeling incredible. Rachel also has a clinical acumen that sets her apart- her fund of clinical knowledge is excellent, and she’s up to date with the latest clinical studies. I give my highest recommendation to Rachel.
