For these 15 days, Dr. Roja was my consultant for my pain relief treatment. Roja ma'am explained to me all the exercises very well. She took daily reports from me about my pain and training sessions (such as how your pain was, if you were able to improve after doing exercises), and she provided proper treatment and guidance for me to do the exercises for increasing my knee stability and range of motion. Dr. Roja really took good care of me.
