Estelle is a very considerate and empathetic therapist. She was upfront about the confidentiality clauses and made sure that I have understood exactly what I signed up for. Coming to sharing my concerns, she is an attentive listener and makes sure that she has got all the information before commenting or giving counsel. I started off feeling very anxious as it was the first online session but towards the end of it, I felt very relieved and much better about how things would be going forward. Most important of all, she made me feel safe - and this is not something one can simply achieve by saying the words.

As it was my first session with Estelle, I can't give a more comprehensive feedback. But I am happy with her and definitely want to continue with her with the tentative plan we have in place for our following sessions.
