Soon after my child birth, I started experiencing pain in my tail bone and inability to sit had become a serious concern for my social and personal life. Well reputed orthopedic surgeons of this city had clearly told me that this condition is non curable and I'd have to be on pain killers for the rest of my life, unless this pain vanishes of its own with time. I'm totally out of words to explain how I kept struggling for almost 2 YEARS with this pain managing my baby, home, travels and above all entire day sitting in an IT job. A friend referred me to Dr. Anjali and within a week of ****** diagnosis, I started experiencing improvement in my plight. Her diagnosis began with identification of Vitamin D deficiency in me, which sadly no gynae or ortho could suggest in past 2 years. After a treatment of close to 3 months, she made me sit on my butt without any oooh, aaah and ouchs. The best part of the treatment was, she didn't touch my tail bone even once. She taught me how my tail bone (Coccydynia) was not the main problem but symptom of something even more gross happening inside my body. The main culprit was Pelvic Misalignment. She thoroughly educated me about the muscles and the hormones playing role in pelvic alignment and not only corrected it for me but also taught me the pain management ways to keep it correct and under control.

Unfortunate was not the trauma to my pelvic bones and muscles during child birth but the delay in getting the right guidance. I'm still consulting her once a month because the damage of 2 years has to be fixed slowly and steadily. I'm happy that I finally found the right doctor who could understand what the problem was and could work on its correction. Had I delayed a little more, my condition could have gone unmanageable and given birth to more serious problems like Arthritis. So, I've got all the good reasons to thank Dr. Anjali and my fate for bumping me into her before it was too late :)

I Joshua, a foreign national with highly educated and medical background, Dr Anjali is hands-down one of the BEST Physiotherapist i have seen in my 30 years of life! Her demeanor and listening manner is calm, positive, thorough, attentive, flexible, and personal. I consulted her due to my lumbar l3 l4 slipped disc issue causing back pain and i was advised for an immediate surgery in the previous hospital i visited but i took a step back and wanted to do more consultation. I came about Dr Anjali Agarwal and i was assured no immediate or probably later surgery is not needed, all i need is to work on the muscles to heal the pain and slipped disc may push back in as time goes on. She referred me to a spine surgeon in a reputable hospital in Hyderabad for a second opinion which said the same thing. Dr Anjali Agarwal made me feel comfortable and relaxed and asked me questions about my recreational life (which no doctor has ever done before!). we also discussed Healthy spices to relax the muscles to eradicate the pains and some life phase events and she made recommendations as to what i need. I find that doctors usually are distracted or rushed when visiting their patients, but not with Dr. Anjali Agarwal. I had the sense that this doctor REALLY cared about my whole being and not just the fact that i needed a physical exam and some other work done. Additionally i could tell that Dr. Anjali Agarwal has a well-rounded medical background and approaches her care with a western and Southern perspective, not the typical medical “fix it and get rid of it” approach. It is for this reason plus i am 90% free from the pain which is far better than before because it is a continuous process and the fact that her receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, that i give her 5 stars! I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone that values their health and wants a doctor (Physiotherapist) that’s holistic, empowering, and a true team player!

I had a wonderful experience wid Dr. Anjali. First of all u feel so comfortable seeing her smiling face, half the battle is won over there.. she is so friendly. I love her attitude today's the patient. I had a Hamstring injury while working out in gym, my hubby had knee pains n recently my son sprained her leg. When I was looking for a good physiotherapy treatment for my chronic lower back pain I came across Dr. Anjali. She comprehensively understood the problem and started the holistic treatment by correcting my posture, inclination and gait. She taught me exercises to prevent spasms and lower back pain in future. I run and ride to keep myself fit, she herself being a runner she gave me excellent tips to follow to prevent injuries in future. She also taught exercises to my daughter who inclines while running and riding a bike. As a family we learnt a lot about the importance of right posture and the ways to maintain it. The other great thing about Dr. Anjali is that she listens and answers all the questions with patience which is rare now a days.

I had visited Dr. Anjali from Kolkata a month back. I was facing pain in my neck which was going down to my right hand. I had seen many orthopedic doctors in Kolkata and Delhi who prescribed me to undergo surgery for disc replacement. I had got hurt while I was dining my cross training session.. I had pain & sweeping in my feet . As the first step, I shows to an orthopaedic doctor in Ambicare.. he asked me to take xray and concluded that it's only a sprain and nothing else.. so I didn't tk serious and was contuning my routine .. but after a week I got vey bad pain & sweeping and called Dr. Anjali as she already treated me for disc bulge and my good friend too.. she diagnosied it as hair line crack as soon she saw the X-ray and started treatment right away.. I visited her first time after my delivery 6 months back with neck and shoulder pain. My neck became immobile and it was painful to sleep also. She gave me relief in just 3 sitting without even touching my neck. Also advised me some posture correction and exercise to follow during feeding my baby. It was an awesome experience to get relief so early.

Recently my mom was suffering from low back pain. Last 4 months we did massage and other treatments. Result was intensity of pain sometime decreasing sometime increasing. Dr. Anjali is one of the very few doctors who has the perfect combination of warmth, patience* ********* *** ********* ** *** ****** She listens to her patients carefully, without making any conclusions prior to hearing then out. She doesn't recommend any unnecessary medication, but believes in correcting the problem by addressing the root cause, rather than just focus on symptoms. I went in with a severe back ache and within a week's time, I was feeling much better.She also taught some exercises, so as to prevent the recurrence of pain. Thank you Dr. Anjali!

I had an accident and got right elbow dislocated. I went through surgery but wasn't able to fold my hand after surgery. I was so worried that I won't be able to do my normal work with my right hand. Luckily I came to know about Dr. Anjali Agarwal at Practo. After meeting with her, I felt so relaxed that my hand would be normal soon. Within two weeks I started feeling lots of improvement.I wasn't able to eat and do the work from my right hand but now, after four weeks, I am able to eat and the most important thing I can play guitar. :P (I was mostly worried about my guitar stuff).

I visited d Doc when my friend referred her as i was suffering from back and shoulder pain for more than a week.

I was in such pain that i could not sit or stand or sleep for more than 5 minutes.

Dr analysed my posture, and clearly called out the issues which were causing the pain. She gave me few exercises to be done at home and visited her everyday for a week. I had only one week as i was leaving Hyderabad in a weeks time. Daily doc visit and exercises made me 90% correct and all pain had gone in a week. As doc told, within 3 weeks, i am back to normal.
