Being a sports enthusiast, I play very energetic sports such as badminton, table tennis, cricket and swimming.... I also on regular course does free marathon running and yoga on my regular weekly activity.

Several years back I took an ACL and PCL tear due to a terrible fall. I have been through ACL reconstruction surgery. Though the surgery was successful, the rehabilitation was not quite good.... My leg was never so proper as it should be.... I have been through rehab and regular consultation with down doctors and physio's.

Each time, I would be told that you should no longer play and you are never the same and your knee cannot take any load....these statements were very hurting, especially when they have come from renewed doctors.

The only thing that I kept telling them or asking myself was, I was doing yoga and strengthening and swimming to give strength to the knees and also have taken services from a fitness coach. Then, why can't I be normal. How does sportsmen or athletes get back to sport even after their injuries... There should be some method, last time, I have even challenged a doctor, stating, why does each doctor gives different reason, is the doctors different or is the treatment. Does anybody has any clue as to what they tell their patients.

However, after go through a lot of trauma and people....I have finally found this man (Avis).

He knows the Job very well. His experience overseas, also contributes to the in-depth knowledge in understanding sports injuries... He does fantastic study and careful analysis on improvements in patients condition and make right suggestions.

I am glad to have found him. God's grace simply. Needless, to say in gachibowli heart land, he is also very economical and result driving companion.

I had issues in my back while doing an exercise in gym. It become severe and my neck become stiff. It become extremely painful. I consulted DR Avais for physiotherapy sessy. He diagnosed my pain in very detailed manner, my routine, family history etc. Based on that he suggested some therapies . It all took 45 mins and after few hours i got the relief instantly. He also suggested best practices on how to sit while at work. The cost is very economical and I cant thank him enough to relieve me from the unbearable pain.

Although I don't live in Hyd but due to some work related issues I had to spend a month here. During this time I met a 2 wheeler accident was in a lot of pain in my knee. After looking at previous reviews for i - Physio Clinics and Dr. Avais I decided to pay a visit to discuss my knee problem. I was using a walking stick for support when I first met him.

During the course of assessment and treatment ( 6 sessions) my life is back to normal and I don't have to worry at all about my knee. Presently I am back in my home town and my quality of life is as good as before.

The clinic and neat and clean with ample space to do exercises. What I liked most was Dr. Avais has 1-1 session with me. Full attention was given during treatment and everything was explained prior.

I will highly recommend Dr. Avais for who so ever needs a physio around Hyderabad.

I would rate my entire experience with I-Physio Clinic, Gachibowli 5 stars.Booking my first appointment was easy and the appointment reminders really were appreciated.

However, the main reason I am rating my experience 5 stars is because of the excellent treatment I received from Avais Kawos. He took the time to explain to me the reasons behind the exercises he was asking me to do and he was always extremely professional in his manner. He was friendly and approachable and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking physio treatment.

I had sever lower back pain. I found a few PT and decided to see Dr. Avais after read so many good reviews of this clinic and it was right.

He is extremely professional. He patiently listens and explain the root cause of the problem. He took almost 30 minutes to listen to me on very first day then he suggested me to take few session according my current pain condition. I went through that session for less then 2 weeks and I really felt great. He recommended me to focus more on posture and exercises and also explained me a few exercises and recommended to do it even if it’s cured.

Another experience in past- “I had the same lower back issue 4-5 years ago and was getting treatment form some other PT, that was also cured but I stopped exercises after It was cured. Because I had not been told by that physio therapist that I need to continue my exercises and as a result of this it came again last month.”

But Dr. Avais explained me very well to maintain the postures and do continue exercises forever, this is the big thing for me, because I ever never want to get this pain again. He’s easily approachable also, and suggested me to contact him if I get any problem in future no matter where I am.

I’m fully satisfied with his treatment. And I’d definitely recommend Dr. Avais.

I went for hip and back muscle pain. He took a detailed interrogation in search of all possible causes for the pain and gave a clear and detailed explanation. He treated me manually and relieved the stress and suggested what to do and what to not, to avoid the occurrence again. His proficiency and experience makes him highly recommended.

The attitude and service of doctor is very good. By speaking first time itself with the doctor, you will realize how genuine and good natured he is. All my treatment sessions were with Avais. He took the time to find out my injury history and was able to quickly work out what was troubling me. Avais taught me what to do and what not to and have been in a lot less pain ever since. He has an excellent understanding of his subject and will explain the what and the why. I have found iPhysio Clinic online and i think the best doctor a patient is looking for. First day he discussed with me for about an hour related to my issues, background history and then he suggested how we can go about it. He is very detailed and comprehensive PT.

I have done 2 weeks of session which have helped me alot to over come my back pain. He did therapy by Electromagnetic machine, Needle Acupuncture and sports tapping. Highly recommended if you are looking for a physiotherapist.
