With extensive training in counselling from Banjara Academy in Bangalore and specialized training in Pregnancy Mentoring from Shanti Kunj University in Haridwar, Dr. Anuradha is also a recognized National Motivational Speaker and certified Bach therapy expert. In 2017, she founded “Talk n Share,” a centre dedicated to mindfulness.
