When I first reached out to Emerging Euphoria, I was in a very dark space I was battling severe anxiety and feeling like life was slipping out of my control. I had tried therapy before, but nothing seemed to help me break the cycle.A friend recommended Emerging Euphoria, and from my very first interaction, I sensed something different. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and safe, not clinical or intimidating. Alisha madam genuinely cared about me as a person, not just as a patient.She patiently listened to my story, my struggles, my endless "what-ifs." She guided me with kindness, deep understanding, and techniques that actually worked. Each session gave me practical tools and a little more hope. Over time, I found myself smiling more, sleeping better, and facing life with newfound confidence.One moment that will stay with me forever: after one particularly emotional session, I walked out feeling lighter, as if a huge burden had been lifted. At this stage of life (I’m in my 50s), I never thought I would turn to psychological counselling. I had always believed that with age comes wisdom and resilience, but life sometimes throws challenges you can’t face alone.After the loss of a loved one and facing loneliness and growing anxiety, my sleep was disturbed, and my mind constantly restless. A family member suggested I consult Emerging Euphoria. Initially, I was unsure but I made the call.Meeting Alishaji changed everything. She brought immense patience and empathy to each session. I was never rushed or made to feel judged. She helped me understand that it’s okay to feel vulnerable and that healing is possible at any age. She has limitless wisdom by which she could understand the mentality of an old person. We discussed grief and acceptance in one of the sessions which brought such profound relief. I remember walking out with a lighter heart and clearer mind. She shows the mirror and you will take your own life decisions confidently. Very cooperative lady, adjusts time for urgent issues. Good for young generation problems as she is very non-judgmental accepts others way they are.
