Hello Everyone,I would like to share our experience regarding my Mother's Vascular Surgery being treated by Dr.Devender Singh Sir and Dr. Dileep sir (from his team) at Yashoda Hospital-Somajiguda Branch.My Mother had a severe Leg pain and she was unable to move her Leg all of sudden in Apr' 2019 ... we admitted her into Yashoda Hospital, after several tests it was identified as Irreversible Ischemia where blood clotted in both sides of her lower leg . Devender sir eplained the whole problem very clearly and initially they decided for Leg amputation due to 75% of leg muscles were damaged by that time. But Devender Sir had taken a lot of risk to save my Mother's leg, he operated for almost morethan 5 hrs .... finally got succeed. Now Mother is able to walk on her own even though she had a foot drop due to Ischemic affect but Leg was saved. Dr.Devender Singh sir is very simple, polite , down to earth, patient friendly and wonderful person. Really rude and arrogant doctor who won't accept patients who ask questions and enquire more into the details. With my bachelor's in health science and passion for preventative medicine and holistic healthcare, I'm only one to go to the doctor when i really want to understand the root cause of an illness.. not just get pills to alleviate symptoms. I went to this doctor because i was suffering vertigo, which is a very scary symptom. Upon explaining my case to this doctor, he merely shrugged it off saying it's an imbalance issue that could potentially last for days, months, or years. I was shocked he didn't ask me about what i had been doing the last couple of weeks to potentially understand what led to the onset of vertigo, as vertigo is merely a symptom.. not a disease. I then proceeded to ask him about possible root problems of vertigo, to which he laughed off and sarcastically said it could be anything. For someone who's never experienced vertigo, it's a really scary, anxiety inducing symptom, and to have a specialist not explain things more thoroughly is awful. I don't expect an answer, but i do expect someone to do a more thorough assessment and explain possible factors that could've let to onset of my issue. I was suffered from varicose ulcer since two years. In one hospital surgery also over for me. But the ulcer has not been healed. At the time of condition decided by the vascular surgeon I have consulted Sir.... Firstly, sir asked to do wound swab culture ... I was diagnosed as Multi Drug Resistance. After efforts with the two types of Tablet I have got sensitized with Colin injection... from that day onwards regular dressing has been done by the Assistant doctor of Sir... VAC machine has been done for one month.. After that, Four layer bandage application has been done for 5 months... Now my ulcer was healed 100%.... Sir told to take care of skin with petroleum jelly... I Recommend these two wonderful doctors for any type of vascular problem....I am 100% satisfied....Thank u both of u sir...

Besides his expertise, what we realised best about him was his thorough preparation and giving confidence to patient. He took his time to study all reports of my mother, did other tests where he wanted more clarity and once he was sure, then only he gave go ahead for surgery. Further he was always so calm and positive that we including my mother never felt any doubts about surgery. He was quite transparent to explain us in detail abt, risks, what all can go wrong, life w/o surgery and life expectancy post surgery. This all helped us to take informed decision. He is one doctor whom you can definitely trust for his advice and expertise.
