Gratitude Dear Dr. and much much Regards...Though I have no words to thank Dr Ankit Mishra but surely this quote is made for him only that- "With relentless commitment you can create the most incredible." Yes I met by chance with such an incredible personality who himself is an institution. Its not about his professional knowledge, quality n skills but its about his Integrity, humility n abundance mentality too. Absolutely, he is in a state of inclusiveness that is evident in his thoughts, words and actions..the real source of empowerment. The day I called Dr. Ankit and the day he accomplished Inguinal Hernia operation of my father, I was in ultra comfortable state of mind even after knowing that his case is complicated. Other well known doctors rejected the case, it was risky according to them. But Dr. Ankit says..NEVER SAY NO, FIND OUT WAYS. Never ever came across such a genuine person..that too without any connection.. reference..still received extra care and attention. Last but not the least -All will be happy under his umbrella of compassion... my take away is phenomenal, great learning..all excellent life lessons...n so on. Shat shat naman to the Medical Soldier Dr. Ankit Mishra and the entire Livelife n Omni hospital Team. धन्यवाद्। आप दीर्घायु हों।

I booked appointment through practo as per the time it showed available and now waiting from more than an hour and have been told that hospital tried reaching me to convey that they have lunch today and could not get through.

My point is why was the slot available on practo, i don't know whether to hold practo or the hospital responsible here.

Secondly, when i came i was told that doctor is coming in 10 mins. Nobody at hospital also told me that doctor is not available for next one hour else i would have cancelled and left. Instead they said she is coming in 10 mins and asked me to pay the consultation fees.

Practor and hospital deserves 0 rating and they should publish this as its a genuine case that happened today.

I consulted dr.deepti for anal fistula issue, she was a cool person and explained everything like a subject.i strongly recommend her for any anal related issues.I am yet to go for surgery here.

I am happy with services received from Practo care surgeries and Dr Deepti Thakkar. The service arranged by Practo care was really very good. Dr. Thakkar was really helpful and understanding and an expert surgeon. The hospital and support staff were also good. Did not find any complaints everything was well managed.
