My 6 month old daughter accidentally scarred her eye for which a doctor at aravind hospital told us the eye had to be checked in an anaesthetic state as there was a scar on her cornea and advised us lvpei we got an appointment of dr bhupesh bagga as cornea appointment after bagga sir checked her eye he said I'll try to check it without giving anaesthesia and he tested it. We were so happy with the doctor without giving anaesthesia it is so difficult for a doctor especially to check an infant's cornea. He is a superb senior doctor with down to earth pleasing personality 😊

We paid a visit to this hospital on 28-Aug-2018 . It was my first eye checkup in a hospital which is specialized in eye treatment with my parents.I walked into the hospital not only for my own check up but also for my parents' checkup. When it comes to provide my feedback and share my personal experience I would like to say that this hospital is rich of both experienced and junior/intern doctors .I went to the hospital with an expectation and it was met amazingly by the outcomes/services extended to me and my parents . It was what we can say "Absolute value for money". One can recover the costs/overheads of the treatment by the service excellency of the hospital.

Let me come to the point now . What I feel after i had a eye check up done by Dr. Divya Balakrishnan is that she is a pretty friendly and patient to her patients .I was with my mother and she has been found with cataract on both of her eyes.Before this doctor detected the issue he made my mother underwent a thorough and careful tests with the help of biomedical tools and glasses . She looked at each and every detail of my mother .She communicated with her in a polite manner with notable patience. In addition to that she checked my eyesight/ issues related to near vision as well and it was also appreciable.

Though it was a great satisfaction to have an eye checkup done by this doctors i would still say that doctors specially juniors are expected to be more patient and they should never raise their pitch while communicating with the patients under any circumstances .Be it a situation of failing to be patient or a little time required for problem detection .One more thing must be added to this , doctors should be a little bit slow while making the patients aware of the problems they have. Most of the times I and my mother asked twice about the issue for a cross confirmation with the doctor. It could be avoided if doctors try to talk a lot bit slowly while describing of what they detect in the patient.

Dr Bhupesh Bagga is a competent eye surgeon. His explanation about the surgery steps before hand made me feel at ease and confident. He operated in a precision and painless manner with post surgery follow up check ups and advice. Looking forward for cataract surgery of my right eye after three months.
