I do not recommend the doctor

On 20.12.2017, there was a communication gap about discharge of my father. But Doctor Chaitanya despite my telling "sorry" several times and going behind him telling "sorry" shouted at me (54 year old son of 82 year old bed ridden father) in front of so many of his reception staff (there were no patients at that time) while discharging my dad without giving any professional advice and told "Yeah . . . even if u say sorry several times . . . u wl b sorry only . . . Get lost . . . i dont want to talk to you . . . everything wl b written in discharge summary . . . " and simply walked away without meeting me or the patient at the time of discharge.
I have never seen such an arrogant behaviour in any doctor i hv met in my life.
I had recorded this incident in the ward's (Room No. 313) complaint register as well as feedback form given by the nurse.
Upon his shouting at me, even the malayali head nurse posted in the 3rd floor (name i dont know) at that time (20.12.2017 4.15 pm) cooly sitting and telling "discharge wl take 2 to 3 hours . . . ".
At this time time I phoned Dr Jayant Challa (the Senior Doctor) who intervened and helped me get out of the hospital quickly.
In my experience, if one has to deal with Dr Chaitanya in this hospital, better avoid this hospital.
