Got my son for skin rash treatment. The doctor was friendly and very professional. She asked us to come for review after 10 days which my son could not make it due to Exams. On 11 th day they refused to get the review and asked us to pay the fee one More time. This is unacceptable.

The front desk lady was very harsh during the explanation and not treated us well through phone. She can be even polite. Its a great disappointment for us.

Generally, one review is allowed for any treatment. Now I don't know the status of the treatment and where to go. So I recommend everyone to get the review before 10days. This is my experience.

To Clinic: Please accept atleast one review.

Actual this is our Review visit. First we went without Practo appointment and we had to wait long time to see the doctor. I would suggest to get the appointment from Practo.

And, coming to negatives, there is no toilet in the hospital which is most surprising for me. I would request hospital authorities to consider this and arrange it as it is basic need.
