1. Recieveing the patient is very nive amd interaction is too good

2. Clear cut and precise diagnosis- ability to explain it in a most possible simplest manner with accurate info. This avoids a panic situation of elderly people.

3. Explaination of Treatment plan.

4. As myself i am a doctor i want to tell that Dr Vikram sir is following the updated and advanced techniques of surgery till date, so that patient can get benefited the maximum, which is there in that particular subject till date.

5. Such techniques are like

-doing surgery on beating heart ( which lowers the risk of post operative rythem abnormalities)

- capable of doing arterial grafting which will have longer duration of graft patency compared to venous grafts.

6. For surgeries like open heart surgeries..there will be so many anticipated risks post operatively...anticipation of complications, preparedness and management is too good. Giving moral support fir patient and attenders is a the most important factor , and this doc is too good at it.

7. Co ordination with other doctors is also too good, obviously patiemt gets benifitted.

I am Mrs Madhavi Muppalla. My mother aged 54yrs started experiencing piercing central chest pain on minimal exertion over few months. Consulted a local Cardiologist, who investigated my mother and investigations revealed Triple Coronary artery disease and was advised Coronary artery bypass surgery.

We thought Bypass surgery is a routine one these days but to our bad luck, CT aortogram showed extensive calcification of Main artery called Aorta , artery to Left kidney was narrowed and one artery going to brain was blocked 70% Porcelain Aorta in medical terminology. Our Cardiologist explained to us about the complexity and high risks involved with the surgery.

We approached couple of hospitals and we weren’t satisfied with the counselling. One of friend suggested Dr Vikram Aerra, Senior Cardiac Surgeon at Apollo Hospital Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

We consulted Dr Vikram Aerra along with my mother and we were impressed with the way he explained my mother’s condition in a language we could easily understand. Interaction with him was good. He is very polite and answered our questions with utmost patience. my mother immediately decided to go for surgery. Surgery was done and everything went well according to the plan. Post operative care was excellent. We as a family is grateful to Dr Vikram Aerra and Team.

In my case my father suffering with heart , three valves were blocked. we approached for three top hospitals for treatment , all hospitals said it is critical and cost will be 5 lakh. One of our friend suggested Vikram garu. He taken our case and did a surgery . The cost of the surgery is very less .

Now every thing is fine.
