BA - Psychology, MSc - Psychological Counselling
Ms. Trishi Agarwal holds a master's degree in Psychological Counselling from Montfort College, Bangalore. She is trained in psychotherapy and counselling. She specialises in working with adolescents and adults facing life challenges and experiences that lead to emotional and psychological issues such as anxiety, emotional regulation, anger management, addiction, lifestyle issues, depression, trauma, and abuse. She has extensive training in the psychoanalytic approach, integrated with cognitive behaviour therapy and person-centered therapy. She firmly believes that people are inherently composed, and it is under adverse situations that they experience disbalance in their state of mind and emotion. This motivates her to help individuals regain balance through therapy. She emphasises on mindfulness-based techniques to promote an individual's overall well-being as she believes therapy can be beneficial to anyone looking to enhance their experience of life.

To be honest, I was very skeptical approaching a psychologist for the issue I have. I sought help for my trouble in understanding why I am not moving on from a person and the behavioral issues I had which I couldn't control. Doctor Trishi Agarwal is very patient and attentive listener. She was very empathetic. She gave me new perspectives about the issue. I would apply what she told me, would definitely seek her help again in future and would 100% recommend her to everyone.
Trishi really helped me understand my emotions better which eventually helped me with my anger management, anxiety, sleep disorder etc.
Ms. Trishi is a wonderful and emapthetic listener. She gives you enough space to talk your heart out and creates a comfortable and confidential environment. Her demeanour instantly put me to rest and I was able to freely communicate with her. Although I’ve only had two sessions with her, I have started feeling better, even if it is quantitatively very less. I totally recommend her!
My experience with Dr. Trishi was wonderful, her inputs have been very helpful in resolving the issues I had and she's very friendly which provides an ease to communicate as well.
