Dr Swathi is very professional and approachable. I initially had a video consultation regarding my health issues. She listened to my problems very patiently and suggested an endoscopy. She gave me an appointment for the procedure on my preferred date and time. She even informed me beforehand when she had to postpone my appointment by two hours due to an emergency case instead of how many other doctors usually make you wait. Once the endoscopy was done, she gave me the report and a prescription then and there. I totally recommend her.

The issue was properly diagnosed and explained to me. She has asked me to undergo endoscopy, for which I am seeing the doctor tomorrow.

Swathi mam has listened all the issues and provided medication and she is friendly had lot patience explained the issue and we are happy to the solution that mam provided

I was admitted in care hospital as I had severe Gastritis pain, after admission Dr Swathi made us do the CT scan(chest and abdomen). Stone was diagnosed and she told that I need to undergo ERCP procedure to retrieve the stone. The pain was very severe.

After the procedure, I had acute pain in the abdomen then she said there is high chances of getting pancreatitis issue after ERCP procedure(THIS WAS NOT INFORMED PRIOR THE PROCEDURE).

Looking at the severity of my pain she got me to the ICU for pain relief . I was there in the ICU for 3 days and except for pain killer, IV fluid nothing was been done.

Dr Swathi used to visit once in a day but never spoke or took any action to save my lungs

Doctor connected with us after 15 minutes on chat, later she was connected on video call, she was in a hurry and the entire conversation lasted for not more than 5 minutes. she was lacking empathy and the way she sounded was a bit rude. I personally think that for the kind of fee she charged, there should be a minimum courtesy in talking to a patient. Patients already come with physical pain and suffering, doctor should understand their psychological state, this doctor is lacking in that area. I regret consulting her and would not recommend her to anyone.

A no-nonsense doctor, doesn't prescribe unnecessary tests or medication. Solved my problem without any fuss.

She is friendly & she explains the situation, she will not refer for too many tests, overall she is good.
