Although the doctor was friendly in nature and explained the treatment well, the admin staff is the utmost unfriendly to speak about.. they simply donot care about patients even though they are senior citizens. The lady at the reception blatantly refused to send the patient to doctor because my father ( A Senior Citizen) didnot get the scan done at their hospital.. frustated my father left the hospital without consulting.. Better to look for some other options before visiting this hospital.

He is excellent to Analyse the actual issue and my mother is fine now.

I went to show my wife today. Appointment was 8.45 PM. When we reached there, the reception guy said compulsory wait time is 2 hours from the time of appointment. I don’t understand what is compulsory wait time!! The receptionists have little to zero understanding of what they are saying. Very insensitive and they don’t even care even if one travels 15 kms one way to show the doc. Sub standard time management. I don’t suggest going there unless this doctor is capable of doing miracles. We wasted hours without even seeing the doctor.

My appointment was at 12.50 and after reaching over their were told that Doctor will come at 1 and after that i have to wait for 2 hours. I went back and came at 3 and consulted doctor after around waiting for half an hour. Since I consulted before this appointment some other doctors my all testing reports relating to our problem were ready. He wrote some other testing and when I asked about those testings he told me that I am wasting his time. Want a doctor? My 3 hours are nothing in front of his 2 minutes. My impression was that 1. He keeps more waiting patient by giving them 2-3 hours waiting time to show he is having good number of patient. 2. He want every patient to get lab. testing done at his hospital *** *** **** *** ***** ******* ** ********** **** ******* ********* ** *** ****

Even after taking an appointment, they are not honouring timing and estimated waiting time was 3 hours.

I called hospital even before visit and not informed about waiting time. They want patients to come to their hospital and wait for hours to show the busy ness at hospital.

They should have informed prior or not take online appointments.

Doctor was friendly

Only downgrade was waiting period, though you had your appointment. It takes minimum 1hr to 2hr to wait and consult doctor

long waiting hours...kp time separate for reportsno proper time management...Doctor treatment also good..Doctor is good...n explains well...Better to kp token system and separate token for reports patients...

I booked the appointment at 4pm but the consultation happened at 8:15 pm. 4 hours 15 minutes delay. I need complete refund.
