Interaction with Doctor was very smooth and he was very helpful. I am very satisfied with his approach treatment.Having said that, I am not at all happy with support staff during enrollment. They couldn't identify my appointment nor the online payment already done. I had to wait longer while enduring pain. I had very bad experience at Aster Prime except for Doctor, the girl who took me to Doctor & a female security at entrance who helped me during my exit.

There is no point of taking appointment through Practo for this Doctor since there is no proper system in place. Even after taking appointment we had to wait for 2 hrs. and patients coming after were also treated by Doct

There is no point of taking appointment through Practo for this Doctor since there is no proper system in place. Even after taking appointment we had to wait for 2 hrs. and patients coming after were also treated by Doctor since there is no queue system.

There was a small sticker put on file with appointment time but i dont know why they are wasting time and money of patient when they cannot follow time.

Doctor has not taken time to explain any exercises while in other hospitals for same problem, they prescribed exercises carefully.

Doctor shall take time to understand problem of patient, take time to see how his staff is calling in patients and is it based on queue system or not.
