The doctor explain problem with good explanation. I don't have any problem with the doctor, but receptionist were provided not good service. I came to clinic from outside with spent 400 rs. on transport. Doctor prescribe

I came to clinic from outside with spent 400 rs. on transport. Doctor prescribes some medication which available only in their pharmacy (I got to know after coming to the home). We have a company scheme (10% discount on medication at Apollo pharmacy), so I told to the receptionist that I will collect medication from Apollo pharmacy and he agreed with that. As this medication not available in pharmacy, I called the hospital. Initially they are not receiving phone, after continuous calling finally they pickup call. Initially I requested to give call to the doctor but they was not ready then I requested to them to give a generic medication name which easily available in the local pharmacy but again they was not ready to tell the name. They were saying you have again came clinic (again 400 Rs. on transport) and take medication from there pharmacy. The medication they were prescribed very costly. If medication not available in local pharmacy then its receptionist responsibility conveys to the patient. Dissatisfied with the service they were provided.
