Mrs Sudha , sorry for the inconvenience caused , but you need to understand that being Neurosurgeon I have to give preference to emergency patient and hence your appointment was postponed not cancelled and for the same clinic staff was trying to communicate and your phone was not getting connected. Clinic is definitely equipped with all the necessary gadgets for clinical examination and using mobile torch was just for ease and won't change my clinical findings . Hope you could have concentrated more to tell about relief from your problems after treatment.
