Recently my grandmother fell in home and fractured her back. We went around a lot of places ultimately to be discovered by Dr. Loya that there is a crack in back. He reassured us and told given her age the best treatment is we fill some cement in the fractured bone. He treated it accordingly and made my grandmother sit immediately next day. Not happy with Dr Loya rude way of chatting and delay in giving any medical assistance. As a doctor one is expected to be more courteous, empathetic and approachable to the patients. Instead if giving comments would have appreciated if a solution would have been given.

Doctor is not showing any patience with his patients, when my sister explaining her issues, if she repeated any of her statements, he is acted a bit rude. He looks to completing the session early ,than caring about the patient.
