Dr rao was very patient in hearing my father's issues...and had a very friendly manner of explaining the problem and suggested few tests and gave prescription...my father has met several doctors over 18 yrs since his kidney transplant...but he was most satisfied at this centre and plan to continue his treatment here...

I am regular patient of your Hospital But in Emergencies no one gives Response after Visiting , Sitting for 3/4 hours Doctor is not ready to see me without appointment

I went to the doctor for my father's treatment. When we visited him, dad's creatinine level was 2.5, ****** * ***** ** ****** *** ********* *** **** it became 4.2. I visited the doctor again, paid his consultation fees, he replaced and introduced a few medicines, gave an assurance that it would be fine. Again a month after this, his creatinine level became 6.1. We tried connecting him through hospital, through his personal Whatsapp, never received any reply. This is so not expected from a doctor. There has to be such platforms for OPD patients. Very disappointed, my dad's condition became from bad to severe, thanks to his medicines!

Hospital should ensure that patients can communicate with doctors in case of emergency.

Hello, I have Dr. M V rao for my father consultation.My father had his heart bypass 7 years back and is on his medicine. Recently detected high level of creatinine so refered to nephrologist. Dr. is really experienced and calm in listening patient problems. He even answered all my father queries. I will definitely recommend above doctor for any Nephro related problems.
