Hi Mr Amit, I understood your concerns. Thank you for your feedback. I will take this feedback positively to improve our services at KIMS. In these challenging times, we are trying to deliver the services in the best possible way. Kims is a super speciality hospital. We get trainees for all over India. The trainees will do a preliminary assessment before the consultant sees the patient. They are post-graduate doctors (post-MD or MS). The delay in getting a diagnosis and providing the final prescription is due to some delay at the laboratory reporting (will be done in batches), which may come after 6-8 hrs, sometimes few days. We don't unnecessarily ask the patients to wait, especially during this pandemic. When you visited the hospital yesterday, it was full, and a lot of patients were waiting for beds( some of them COVID-19 patients). We are working in a high-risk zone, and our staff are providing excellent care. Some of my team members are newly married, and some of them have small kids. All of us are very much afraid as there is a risk of carrying infections to home. We never ask for unnecessary scans. If you are unhappy about the tests, please discuss to find out the real reasons behind it. Interestingly when I searched, I couldn't find your name in our database. I understand that you might have accompanied one of your family members. I guess you have come for a second opinion. As you know, changing the hospital won’t change the diagnosis. As you are unhappy with our services, you may come and claim back your consultation fee at the reception. Sorry for the inconvenience caused and accept my apologies.
