Very punctual doctor... That's the first thing I liked.

I got appointment easily..

This was my first visit, and am very much satisfied n happy...

Doctor listens everything very patiently, n describes in detail.. N in 2 days I have seen no skin problem anymore..

Very much happy as he didnot gimme any diet..

Will definitely visit again..

* ************* ******* This is my first visit for my skin problem of white patch caused by auto immune disorder. Also for melisma caused by sun damage. I will try the line of treatment suggested by the good doctor and then re re ire it next month with the changes I observe

To begin with...Mr Somani is highly recommended so he was my first choice for consulting after my burn incident where i suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns and was very depressed.he begins with bashing the prev doc.secondly he disappoints by saying that the situation is so bad he could cure only 50%. Thirdly he insisted we buy medicines from him only and when we asked whether we can buy medicine of same formula outside he actually exploded on us..to the doctor i will say...we come to you for help and are paying also the least u can do is show some sympathy and hope.Y are u so angry...customer care has to improve considerably.

Appointment process is worst, it's very difficult to get an appointment. Staff over here don't even consider your request they will answer whether you want to meet doctor or not. There is no politeness in the way they handle customers.

Treatment is good but process to get appointment and staff in clinic are not upto the mark.

Primarily, they show the consultation fee as 500 online but they only accept 800 in the clinic. Little disappointed. Another point is why would they even want patients to buy the medicines from their medical outlet only, when the same medicines costs are much less online. By the time you realise, you already have the second follow up session. So mentally, one should be prepared to only spend!! 😃

However, the treatment has always been great with close to perfect results. At the end, I'm happy.

During this pandemic, they could have also thought on the online consultation availability.

********* ****** **** **** **********.. gave enough attention to my problems analysed skin properly..appointment procedure is little difficult as the phone is always busy.. also had to wait long even after taking appointment.. but no regrets as the medic8nes are working well..

The doctor whom I thought would help me treating my skin didn't instead he left me with a doubt about he being a good human by behaving in a very negative way just because I was covered by my veil as I am supposed to in my religion.

Rough and rude behaviour

first of all i want to tell that the consulting facility is not good and rarely will get appointment, i took 6 month treatment of acne, while the duration of the treatment my pimple was fine but after leaving the medicine my pimple again started

He has explained very fairly about the old age problems .No hype about disease and treatment. Relived my stress instantly. Very good and well experienced doctor.
