Thirdly he insisted we buy medicines from him only and when we asked whether we can buy medicine of same formula outside he actually exploded on us..to the doctor i will say...we come to you for help and are paying also the least u can do is show some sympathy and hope.Y are u so angry...customer care has to improve considerably.
